The CHP says that a Chevy Silverado was speeding on the freeway and rammed into the back of a sedan without applying the brakes, as witnessed on surveillance video. The truck then slammed into three other vehicles before coming to a stop. One person was killed, and two others suffered from serious injuries.
CHP says they believe Caldera was intoxicated at the time of the incident.
